Senior Advisor

Mark has 30 years corporate experience, including over 15 years experience at general manager level roles across large organisations such as Lend Lease, OneSteel, Telstra, Boral, TNT, and ANI. These roles covered the full spectrum of corporate affairs functions from investor, government, internal, external relations as well as issues and crisis management. Mark has also been responsible for corporate development, sustainability and strategic marketing as well as senior strategy and policy roles within government.
Mark in each of his roles was responsible for managing corporate philanthropy and was instrumental in driving the development and implementation of the "OneSteel Community Giving Programme", a workplace giving initiative designed with the assistance of The Australian Charities Fund.
Mark has been a Director on a number of Boards including, Correctional Heath Services, Telecommunications Ombudsman's Office, Australian Investor Relations Association (Director and Chairman), Major Energy Users Group (Chairman), and Energy Markets Reform Forum (Chairman). Currently, Mark is a Director of Metro Housing and the Wilderness Treatment Australia Foundation (Chairman).
