The Exodus Foundation's primary mission is to meet the immediate material, emotional and spiritual needs of disadvantaged and marginalised people. We meet these needs with love, fairness, respect for our guests' dignity, a non-judgmental approach and by building a sense of community that embraces all who visit Exodus.
Our secondary mission is to identify our guests' needs for specialised support services needed to improve their quality of life and their possible return to a place in society's mainstream. Having identified such needs, our objectives will be to encourage and assist our guests to seek assistance from such support services.
- Over 75 disadvantaged young children access our intensive literacy programmes each term.
- Over 60 disadvantaged young adults receive intensive education, case-management and life skills training from Exodus Youth required to get them back into society.
- Over 900 meals served daily
- Over 150 people access our free medical and dental services per month.
- Over 1900 people request for our comprehensive welfare services each month.
