92% of employer partners who attended our Power of WE: Creative Employee Engagement Workshop said as a result they feel better equipped to respond to the challenges of workplace giving for their organisation. Over 90% said they would recommend ACF workshops to a colleague.
The workshops built on the insights gained through Project Ignite to understand what motivates and drives employees to participate in workplace giving programs and to engage with community organisations in the workplace.
Participants discussed best practice engagement initiatives, how to master 'the ask', and brainstormed engagement opportunities and initiatives in their own workplaces.
The Australian Charities Fund and United Way have made a joint submission in response to the Commonwealth Treasury's discussion paper, 'Charitable fundraising regulation reform'.
