In January 2010, ACF (through a generous donation from one of our
supporters) was a sponsor of 'Celebrate Australia', the first ever
Australia Day Concert to take place in the Sydney Domain. As part of the
sponsorship package, ACF had an advertisement published in The Sydney Morning Herald.

The Australian Charities Fund and United Way have made a joint submission in response to the Commonwealth Treasury's discussion paper, 'Charitable fundraising regulation reform'.

Employer partners who took part in Workplace Giving Month last year achieved an overall average participation rate increase of 29% - with two partners achieving increases of over 40%.
Together, the initiatives of these employer partners resulted in over 1,000 new workplace giving donors. Typically, these organisations also saw existing donors take the chance to review their contribution with many increasing their regular donation.
