This policy describes how The Australian Charities Fund Pty Limited ACN 087 225 670 as trustee for The Australian Charities Fund ("ACF" or "we"), whose registered office is at Level 22, 126 Phillip Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia collects, holds and discloses information about individuals.
