Collins Foods Limited is the largest franchisee of KFC in Australia operating 120 restaurants in Queensland and one in NSW. It also owns the Sizzler Restaurant chain with 28 outlets nationally.
Collins Foods is committed to further enhancing the communities in which we operate. In 2008 CFL launched its Workplace Giving program, supporting community causes chosen from the results of a survey to all employees.
In supporting a core group of charities consistently over a long period of time employees can see their donations have a tangible benefit.

The workplace giving theme introduced by CFL, 'A dollar will do and 50 cents is fine' is a message of encouragement reiterated to all employees highlighting that a little contribution can go a long way.
Staff as young as 15 and working as little as one or two shifts per week began donating to the program. Within three short years, over 1,500 employees have registered and over $1 million has been raised for CFL's charity partners.
The program benefits from leadership at the highest level including strong Board support which enables CFL to match every dollar donated by employees (capped at $100,000 per calendar year).
CEO Kevin Perkins leads the communications and a committee steers the program's development. CFL Charity Champions ensure smooth relationships with each of the program's recipients.
