The Royal Flying Doctor Service provides emergency medical services and primary healthcare to the people who live, work and travel in remote areas. On any given day, our tireless team can be found performing GP clinics, remote consultations, inter-hospital patient transfers, dental services, mental health work, nursing and allied health services, health education, primary health care, emergency retrievals, and also training the next generation of rural doctors.
Our goal is to assist those in need of emergency medical assistance, while also improving access to health care to ensure that many emergencies are prevented in the first place.
Why Workplace Giving?
ACF Workplace Giving is a proactive way employers and their employees can support Australian charities. Workplace Giving programs are effective fundraising tools because they channel 100% of donated funds to the non profits they support.
Workplace Giving is easy to implement and low cost to maintain. Contact The Australian Charities Fund for more information on getting involved in Workplace Giving.
