At The Australian Charities Fund (ACF), our vision is to see significant social impact through employers and community organisations working together.
As a social enterprise, our mission is to facilitate engaged employee giving by connecting employers and community organisations by providing advice, capacity building, facilitation and leadership.
Specifically, we:
- assist employers to develop high impact employee giving programs that meet both social and business goals, including Workplace (payroll) Giving, fundraising and time and skills sharing
- assist community organisations to maximise social impact through effective design of employer partnerships, measuring and monitoring impact and engaging communications.
ACF is a not-for-profit social enterprise. We use all our funds towards growing awareness of, and participation in, employee giving programs rather than taking any commercial profit. By doing so, we aim to significantly increase donations and other support for community organisations.
